Day 2 of Baguio Trip - Panagbenga 2017 Camp John Hay Part 1

For the first night, we stayed at Le Monet in Camp John Hay. Taxis are cheap in Baguio but it's difficult to get one along Harisson St. due to the Night Market so you better opt for Grab or Uber.

Here are some pics of the hotel.

And the view from the window from our room at the 4th floor of the hotel:

So after a hearty buffet breakfast:

We walked within the vicinity of the hotel first:

Yes, there's a horse riding park right beside the hotel and some fast food and clothes outlets :)

Off we go to explore Camp John Hay's Bell House, Amphitheater, Cemetery of Negativity, the Manor House.

First on the list is the Bell Amphitheater where all these flowers are blooming. There's also a totem pole near the entrance. Btw, there's an entrance fee of Php60 per person and Php30 for students, PWD and senior citizens that would allow you to explore the Amphitheater, Bell House, the Cemetery and the trails around the area.

The Bell House:

And the trails around the house. Oh, there's a secret garden along the trail as well :)

And the Cemetery of Negativism where negativity should be left behind. Enjoy reading the epitaphs!

We saw some people having a picnic on our way to the Manor:

We came back to the hotel to check out and move to our next accommodations where we stow our bags. Will post about it tomorrow.

Thanks for dropping by!

Hirayamanawari,

Rob
